Add the people you care for and your carers. Each carer receives their own login by email.
Assign a carer to a caree, pick the day and time, tick "repeat every week". Carers are notified straight away.
Carers accept their visits on their phone, then send a short report with start and end times after each visit.
Each care home only ever sees its own carers, carees and records. Carers only see notes for the people they are booked to visit. Passwords are encrypted, links expire, and every important action is logged.

No. BenSaS works in the web browser on any phone. Carers can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app.
Your plan includes a set number of carer places. If you grow, we increase it for you — just ask.
To your care home's official email address, which you choose in Settings. They are also kept in BenSaS so you can find them any time.
From the start and end times the carer reports after each visit, multiplied by their hourly rate (or weekend rate on Saturday and Sunday). You can correct times if needed, and export everything for payroll.
